It is has all the features of the CardVisor III package, including
the VIP/Banned watch list plus the ability to read
2D bar codes.

CardVisor III-BC package has everything that the
CardVisor II-BC package plus the
VIP/Banned watch list feature. The VIP/Banned list feature permits
the identification of individuals whenever their license information
matches information stored inside the VIP/Banned database. See
